Many people lock the screen on windows xp or vista. But on windows 7 there is no option for locking the screen. So to lock the windows you have to use the short-key. You have to press the Windows Key + L to lock it.
This way you can lock the screen in windows 7.
I had XP and liked it; but needed a new computer which is nice except it has Vista………GROAN! I’m waiting on my free upgrade to windows 7 (fell into the group that get’s the free upgrade based on how new the computer is).
One of the reasons I dislike Vista is my HP printer, scanner combo had a wonder photo software. I could even do batch edits. That software isn’t compatible with this vista. The measly software in it’s place doesn’t even have the ability to reduce pixels! HATE it. Do you know if the upgrade to 7 will solve that problem for me? My computer is an HP, and the printer combo is photosmart C4180.
